Salmon with Couscous
For dinner, I made crispy salmon with couscous, roasted veggies, and pickles. Most of it was already prepped earlier in the week: pickles, toasted garlic sauce, and roasted veggies. The only things I made fresh were the salmon and couscous. Both come together in about 15 minutes, making it a quick and simple dinner.
Notes:
Salmon Cut: Use farm-raised salmon, it’s easier to cook because of the extra fat.
Hot Pan: Start with a hot pan to get that perfect crispy skin.
Hands-Off Cooking: Let the salmon do its thing. It’ll naturally release from the pan when it’s ready to flip.
