Starbucks Spinach & Feta Wrap (Copycat Recipe)
For breakfast this week, we’re making a homemade version of the Starbucks spinach, feta, and egg white wrap. These are super simple to make, and you can get two for the price of one by making them at home.
Recipe
Servings: 6 wraps
For the Wraps:
6 lavash wraps
3 cups spinach
3 cups egg whites
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
½ cup crumbled feta
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Cheese:
8 oz cream cheese
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes + 2 Tbsp oil from the jar
¼ cup fresh basil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Make the Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Cheese:
In a blender, combine cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, oil, basil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth and set aside.
Cook the Egg White Patties:
In a small pan, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup spinach and garlic, then sauté until wilted.
Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Pour ½ cup egg whites over the spinach mixture, ensuring everything is covered.
Let cook undisturbed until set into a patty. Remove from heat and set aside.
Repeat the process to make 6 patties total.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out a lavash wrap and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture.
Place an egg white patty on top and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
Roll the wrap like a burrito, tucking in the bottom and sides to seal






Storage & Heating:
Wrap each burrito and store in the fridge.
To heat: Bake in a toaster oven at 350°F for 3–5 minutes until crispy.
