Spirulina Yogurt Bowl
For breakfast this week, I kept it simple with a yogurt chia pudding bowl. It’s a refreshing and nutrient-packed way to start the day, plus it’s the perfect opportunity to use up that leftover spirulina powder. Let’s get started!
Recipe
Ingredients
Chia Pudding
1 ¾ cups almond milk
½ cup chia seeds
½ cup yogurt (any flavor you like)
2 Tbsp agave syrup
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp spirulina powder
Toppings (customize as you like):
Purple grapes
Blueberries
Almonds
Bananas
Mini chocolate chips
Coconut flakes
Directions
Prepare the Chia Pudding:
In a large bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, yogurt, agave syrup, salt, vanilla extract, and spirulina powder until fully combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
Assemble the Bowls:
Once the chia pudding has set, divide it evenly into four bowls.
Garnish each bowl with your choice of toppings for added flavor, texture, and color.
Serve and Enjoy:
Dig in right away, or store in the fridge for a grab-and-go breakfast option during the week.
