Soup dumplings! Somehow, this week has unintentionally turned into soup week. Tonight we are making pan-fried soup dumplings. Instead, we’re using store-bought wrappers to create these savory, crispy-bottomed dumplings filled with pork and a burst of flavorful soup.
The best part is that you don’t need any fancy equipment. For the dipping sauce, I took inspiration from my favorite hot pot sauce, it is a quick and easy blend of sesame sauce, garlic, chili oil, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
I served my dumplings with steamed rice and kimchi for a balanced meal.
Now let’s get started!
