So Third Culture Bakery is running my TikTok FYP lately, and I got totally hooked on the idea of their red velvet mochi cupcakes. But two things:

1. I don’t live anywhere near their stores,

2. I hate fillings in cupcakes. Like deeply, irrationally hate it.

Their version has a cream cheese center, but I skipped that and topped mine with a simple white chocolate drizzle instead and it went crazy. Here’s how to make them.
