These cookies are my absolute favorite they are crisp on the edges, soft in the center, and packed with earthy matcha flavor. The white chocolate adds a rich sweetness, while the macadamia nuts bring a buttery, nutty crunch. This is a simple mix-and-bake recipe, perfect for any occasion.

Notes and Tips

  • Overmixing the dough can make the cookies dense and tough, so mix until just combined.

  • If using a white chocolate bar instead of chips, chop it into small pieces to ensure it melts evenly in the cookies.
