Ham & Cheese Hawaiian Bread
Soft, slightly sweet Hawaiian rolls layered with honey ham, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melty American cheese. Optional swipe of Dijon mustard for that little kick. Perfect for meal prep breakfast.

Ingredients
1 pack of Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)
7 slices honey ham
10 eggs, scrambled
7 slices American cheese
Dijon mustard (optional)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected as a sheet. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
If using, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the bottom rolls.
Layer on the scrambled eggs, followed by ham, then cheese slices.
Place the top half of the rolls back on.
Optional: Brush the tops with melted butter for a golden brown finish.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and everything’s warmed through.
Let cool slightly, then slice into individual sliders.
To store: Wrap and refrigerate. Reheat in the oven or toaster oven for best texture.
