Gingerbread Chia Pudding
Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups almond milk
½ cup chia seeds
1 tsp molasses
1 tbsp agave syrup (or sweetener of your choice)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
½ tsp ground ginger
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Stir the mixture once or twice while it sets to prevent clumping.
Once set, divide the pudding into serving cups and enjoy!
