Fluffy Bao Buns
This is my favorite bao recipe ever. The buns turn out soft, fluffy, and just like the ones you’d get at a restaurant. If you’ve ever tried making bao buns at home and they came out too thick or bready, give this recipe a shot. The secret is cake flour. It really makes all the difference in creating that perfect soft texture. Let’s make them.
Notes:
Cake Flour: A must for this recipe. Using all-purpose or bread flour will make the buns too thick and chewy instead of light and fluffy.
